Get More Out of SiteCare Support: Introducing Your New Support Portal

We recently migrated to new software to support our clients even better. Our new support ticketing system now allows our clients to log in to a portal and view open, pending, and closed tickets. You’ll continue to be able to respond to messages by email, or you can log in to the portal to view the status of all your requests.

Using the new portal, you’ll be able to:

  • View all the tickets filed in the past few months
  • View all tickets submitted by other team members at your organization.
  • Reopen closed tickets should a problem ever reappear.
  • Access answers to frequently asked questions
  • And, of course, you can use the portal to file a new support request.

Look for an activation email from support@sitecare.com within the next week. This email will contain a unique link to set up your personalized SiteCare Support Portal account.

Important Note: This new Support portal is separate from your existing Billing Portal at billing.sitecare.com.
